1.    Elaborate BeNeLux marketing strategies

• - Develops communication strategies 
• - Develops plans for the launch of new products
• - Leads the product project groups
• - Coordinates with Group contacts

2.    Implement marketing actions 

• - Implementation and follow-up of marketing actions related to a range of products in liaison with the other marketing actors of the laboratory: communication, promotional campaigns, congress, press etc.
• - Ensures the coordination and follow-up of the actions set up with the field. 
• - Ensures the marketing coordination of promotional tools with the head office.

3.    Develop and conduct training courses

• - Help in the elaboration of the training modules in relation with the Training Manager.
• - Leads the training of the modules of its ranges
• - Leads continuing education on its ranges during sales seminars.

4.    Manage ranges (budgets and results)

• - Manages the budget: initial budget, follow-up
• - Develops forecasts and rolling forecasts
• - Implementation of performance indicators
• - Monitoring of results by region, at BeNeLux level

5.    Provide a link with the KOL 

• - Manages KOLs and their product support activities
• - Leads and develops advisory boards
• - Represents the company at conventions

Cooperates with:

• - The sales/marketing department 
• - Administration of the medical visits 
• - Partners/providers 
• - The R&D manager
• - The Regulatory Officer
• - Administrative and financial management
• - Marketing Assistant
• - Networks
• - KOL 
• - Creative / Advertising Agency

Competences:

• - Double Marketing competence
• - Minimum of 5 years experience and higher education in science
• - Successful experience in a similar position
• - French - Dutch mandatory 
• - English would be a plus
• - Knowledge of the BeNeLux Regulation

• - Knowledge of competing products
• - Project Management
